This is a part time, contract position for multiple local government clients.

*Applicant must have local government Workday ERP Experience!*

Sciens Consulting is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to handle our Workday software implementations. Our clients are local government agencies (cities, counties, schools) where we assist them with their ERP system deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects for our clients within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members on the client side. This is a fully remote position with the exception of occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Review contract and vendor Statement of Work and coordinate a project kick‐off meeting.
• Assist the City in providing weekly oversight of the vendor and its execution of the project by actively keeping tasks and resources on schedule and on budget through phone calls, emails and other communications.
• Responsible to review of the overall project, progress against both schedule and budget, and review the Project Risk Register, RAID log, and Scope Sync log.
• Work with Workday's project manager to develop the implementation project plan.
• Conduct ERP implementation‐related regular and special meetings during the project, including reporting project status to the City Steering Committee.
• Work with Workday's project manager to ensure the implementation and deployment is successfully completed. This will include reviewing the project Issues. Log with the Workday project manager, collaboratively assign a priority to each issue, and assist in facilitating resolution.
• Work with Workday project manager to outline go‐live steps, requirements, and assignments.

Qualifications:

• Previous Workday project management or implementation experience is REQUIRED
• Previous municipal government ERP system project management or implementation experience is REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
