Warehouse Supervisor (Night)

Location: Benicia, CA

Schedule: Monday – Thursday - 3pm - 1am

Salary: $75,000-$80,000 + 10% bonus eligibility

Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of products while maintaining service and cost objectives. This role oversees warehouse staff, manages inventory, enforces safety protocols, and ensures operational efficiency.

EXPERIENCE WITH CONVEYOR AND VOICE PICK SYSTEMS ARE REQUIRED

What You Will Be Doing:

Labor Management

• Establish and implement work schedules to meet operational demands
• Manage PTO requests while ensuring adequate staffing levels
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and associate development
• Interview, hire, and onboard new employees
• Apply corrective actions for safety, quality, or attendance issues

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise inbound shipments, product storage, order picking, and outbound shipments
• Verify inbound and outbound paperwork, ensuring accurate product counts
• Maintain and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Oversee safe operation of material handling equipment (MHE) and coordinate necessary training
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the distribution center
• Assist with routine inventory counts in coordination with the Operations Manager

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete records, reports, and analyze daily production metrics
• Attend warehouse planning meetings and enforce safety policies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety procedures

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse setting
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
