They are looking for a hands on leader to join their team as a Warehouse Manager. This Warehouse Manager will oversee a team of 35-50 employees in a high-volume warehouse setting. You MUST be someone who will get right into the thick of it with your team, supporting, coaching and driving warehouse operations/efficiency, helping to load/unload trucks, manage inventory and ensure product gets out in a timely manner. Shift: Days (Please note, during peak summer season, everyone is expected to work Sundays and Holidays, no exceptions. Salaried Managers are still compensated holiday pay! Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 base plus profit sharing bonus and holiday pay for any holidays worked!

As their Warehouse Manager, you will be tasked with the following:

• Oversee shipping/receiving operations, coordinate/loading/unloading 3-4 trucks per day; picking/packing/shipping up to 5000 orders/day (via UPS/FedEx) and ensuring all packing slips/relevant documentation is verified and entered into the system
• Oversee the returns process, evaluating items for disposition (re-stock, repair or dispose) each returned item, up to 400 packages per day
• Coordinate, oversee and assist in making sure inventory counts are completed and accurate along with researching any reported quality control issues
• Supervising, training and delegating work to the department; coaching, guiding and working right alongside your team to optimize efficiency
• Work closely with the Facilities Supervisor with regards to infrastructure
• Drive process improvement, managing fluctuating labor needs and ensure optimal workflow throughout the entire warehouse

We're looking for Warehouse leaders with the following background profile:

• HS Diploma/GED required
• AT LEAST 5 years of warehouse experience; 3+ specifically in a warehouse leadership role within a high volume warehouse/distribution center
• Flexible schedule
• Hands on leadership style; willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work alongside your team members
• Strong computer skills; prior experience with Netsuite is especially valuable
• RF Scanning experience
