Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer service? We are seeking a Warehouse & Customer Service Manager to oversee all incoming and outgoing products, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure seamless order fulfillment for Jack Carr USA. This role requires proficiency with Shopify and ShipStation, as well as a deep understanding of quality control (QC) and inventory allocations to maintain operational excellence.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing of products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are properly allocated based on demand, quality, and fulfillment timelines.
• Utilize Shopify and ShipStation to manage inventory, track orders, and streamline shipping processes.
• Implement and maintain quality control (QC) standards to ensure products meet or exceed brand expectations before being shipped.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track inbound shipments and replenish stock as needed.
• Review and optimize warehouse workflows, staffing needs, space allocations, and equipment layouts to maximize efficiency.

• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities.
• Communicate with shipping partners, carriers, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Monitor shipping times, troubleshoot delays, and resolve issues proactively.

• Manage the customer service email, ensuring all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Address customer concerns regarding orders, shipping, and product inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the VP of Ecommerce to keep product listings, inventory levels, and system operations running smoothly.

• Assist in flat lays and product photography for the website and marketing materials as needed.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing standards and procedures and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Adapt to seasonal and business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as required.

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management role overseeing fulfillment and inventory processes.
• Proficiency in Shopify and ShipStation (or similar ecommerce fulfillment platforms).
• Strong knowledge of quality control (QC) procedures and inventory allocations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and train hourly employees.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing shipping logistics and working with carriers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in customer interactions.
• This is a Full-time, on-site position with standard business hours—the successful candidate must be available to work in person at our warehouse daily.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work.

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in ecommerce fulfillment or a direct-to-consumer business.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation tools and order management software.
• Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
