FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Warehouse Manager for a rapidly growing client in the life sciences space. This role represents a great opportunity to join a great company focused on delivering efficiency in the healthcare industry.
So, what will you be doing as a Warehouse Manager?
-Provide leadership and oversight to day-to-day warehouse operations
-Maintain and encourage a positive, customer-focused experience
-Develop Key Performance Indicators and execute on countermeasures as needed
-Optimize material flow thorough the warehouse (receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping)
-Create and implement standard operating procedures
To be successful, you will need:
-BS in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or another related field
-8+ years of experience in Distribution Operations
-5+ years of leadership experience
-2+ years of experience in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical distribution
-Proven ability to develop and document procedures
-Strong understanding of Quality Systems/ISO 9000
-Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.
-Working knowledge of WMS

-MBA
-CDR license (California/Florida)
-Tecsys
-Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
