Summary/Objective: The Warehouse Manager directs receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. The warehouse manager also oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and upkeep of the company’s inventory.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall daily management of the warehouse
Inventory receipt, issuing, and upkeep
Track inventory and reorders as necessary
Managing workload and production of subordinate warehouse employee
Operate Forklift for receiving, shipping, and loading of materials
Shipping and receiving goods
Negotiating trucking agreements
Order packaging and distribution for field employees/ customers
Follow Company safety policies
Identify and report potential theft or discrepancies in inventory
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to operate a forklift
4 years of warehousing experience
Excel Proficiency
Ability to learn Proprietary Software
People and Communication skills
Math and Computational skills
Preferred Education and Experience
Associates degree
5 years warehousing experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
Tools/Equipment
Forklift, pallet jacks, and a variety of hand tools
Travel
Travel to other jobs/job sites may be required
Overnight stay is a possibility
