The Redux Group, a top-performing real estate team, is looking for a skilled Photographer/Videographer to bring listings to life and enhance our brand presence. If you have a strong portfolio of real estate photography and videography, excellent editing skills, and a passion for creating high-quality visual content, we’d love to hear from you!

• Capture high-quality real estate listing photography and edit images for MLS and marketing.
• Film and produce real estate listing videos that favorably showcase properties.
• Create 3D Matterport tours for immersive virtual experiences.
• Develop 2D floor plans (preferred).
• Enhance property visuals through virtual dusk and virtual staging editing (preferred).
• Photograph and capture video content for team headshots, group photos, marketing, and social media , as well as team meetings and events .
• Be open to driving throughout DC, Northern VA, and Maryland for various assignments.
• Support the team with other creative projects as needed.

• Portfolio of past work is required , including real estate photography & videography for MLS listings .
• Experience in real estate photography and videography is a must.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and staging for real estate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the region as needed.
