We are seeking 2 compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionists/Assistants to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and support to pet owners.

Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
• Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional care for all patients.

Veterinary Receptionist Experience

• Previous experience as a veterinary reception is required
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and pets.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using office equipment and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being.

Veterinary Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians during examinations and surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately during procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
• Collect laboratory samples, including blood, urine, and feces for testing.
• Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
• Educate pet owners on proper care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
• Monitor the health and behavior of animals in the clinic.

Veterinary Assistant Experience

• Previous experience as a veterinary assistant is required
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Ability to handle animals safely and with care.
• A passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing excellent care.
