About the Role:

Promoting and selling our premier vacation packages to guests at Cabela's. Engage with potential customers to identify their vacation needs and preferences. Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our vacation packages. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service. Effectively implement Hilton Grand Vacations’ sales techniques to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with team members to share effective processes and foster collective success.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Ability to work on-site.

Pay range and compensation package:

Our associates work an average of 30 hours per week with an annual average between $65-85k+. Top performers earn $100,000+ annually on the same 30-hour work week.
