Job Description

Usability tester

Duration: 6+months

Location: Mountain View (Only locals)

Responsibilities: As a Usability Tester, you will be an instrumental player whose goal is to improve mobile biometric usability experience while maintaining device security. Your daily responsibilities would include designing, constructing, and performing various test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in order to gather, analyze, and present high-quality data.

Usability Tester I

• Experiment and develop repeatable case studies for various scaled data collections.
• Write technical reports and communicate findings.
• Validate usability & security improvements with testing.
• Work and coordinate with the project s different data collection teams.
• Test case creation and functional testing for Android Devices.

Usability Tester II

• Identify areas of improvement throughout workflow for mobile biometric UX.
• Analyze usability reports and perform reverse engineering to define areas of improvement.
• Utilize qualitative UX testing methodologies based on observations and feedback to improve and create new/improved case studies.
• Identify test approaches, coverage, requirement gaps and risks
• Create various documentation to define protocol and report collection results

Skills:

• Good working knowledge of Linux command line.
• Understanding of mobile device usage.
• Experience with task tracking systems.
• Critical thinker and problem solver.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to document and share findings.
• Dedicated to maintaining timely communication with key stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in UX mobile testing is a plus.
• Photography staging knowledge.
• Self starter
