Position: UI / Swift Engineer

Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid, 2-4 days in-office)
Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 + 0.25% - 0.5% Equity

Rapidly prototype and iterate on new UI features for macOS and iOS using Swift and SwiftUI.
Collaborate closely with design and product teams to implement intuitive and functional user interfaces.
Adapt to evolving requirements while delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
Debug and optimize existing applications to enhance user experience and functionality.
Continuously explore and integrate new frameworks and technologies to improve development efficiency.
Hybrid: 2-4 days in the Bay Area office (currently in a WeWork in San Mateo).

Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI with a strong understanding of UI development principles for macOS and iOS.
5+ years of real-world coding experience in iOS and macOS development.
At least 3 years of experience at a reputable tech company with a strong engineering culture.
Proven experience shipping apps to the Apple App Store and Mac App Store.
A strong sense of design and user experience, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging UIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with rapid prototyping and adapting to evolving project needs.
Knowledge of Objective-C is a bonus but not required.
