Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trademark & Litigation Assistant to support attorneys in domestic and international trademark management and litigation . This role involves docket management, legal document preparation, client communication, and case tracking in state and federal courts.

This role will be primarily in office, with 4 remote days per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in U.S. and international trademark prosecution , filings, and TTAB actions.
  • Support litigation needs , including court filings, discovery, and case tracking.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents.
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court appearances .
  • Communicate with clients, foreign associates, and courts.
  • Maintain legal files and provide general office support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' law firm experience in trademarks and litigation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management .
  • Knowledge of USPTO procedures, civil procedures, and e-filing .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional ; familiarity with Anaqua, SurePoint, and Concur is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment .
