About the Role:

IAI (Industrial Alloys Inc.) is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our growing team of fabrication professionals. If you have a strong background in TIG welding and a passion for precision fabrication, we’d love to hear from you.

This is not a pipe welding role — we are a fabrication job shop focused on component fitting and custom metalwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-precision TIG welding on diverse fabrication projects.
• Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain consistent quality and safety standards.
• Be available for full-time work, including occasional overtime.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of TIG welding experience.
• Strong fabrication and blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.
