About the Role:

As a Test Proctor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a secure and efficient testing environment for our students. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to following testing protocols will help maintain the integrity of our testing process while providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect the confidentiality and security of all test materials and documentation.
• Stay alert and observant to prevent cheating and ensure compliance with testing regulations.
• Create and maintain a quiet and supportive atmosphere for students during their assessments.
• Check in candidates, verify identities, and clearly explain the exam instructions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in exam proctoring or invigilation is highly desirable.
• This position requires a flexible schedule, as you will be available to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Enjoy a part-time role, working 15-19 hours a week, with potential for additional hours.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates.
• Availability to work flexible hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to sit for extended periods and escort candidates as necessary.
• Comfortable in a quiet test environment, with keen hearing and vision for details.
