Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Telecommute Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Loans JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at home, connecting with clients and borrowers to ensure all necessary documentation is properly executed and notarized. Your professionalism and commitment to accuracy will play a crucial part in helping to deliver your exceptional service to your clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Conduct loan signings with clients via video conferencing platforms in your home office. Verify the identity of signers and ensure they are aware of the contents of the documents they are signing. Accurately notarize loan documents according to state regulations and company policies. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions with clients and borrowers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of notary laws and regulations in various jurisdictions. Keep detailed records of transactions and ensure all required documentation is properly organized and filed. Effectively coordinate signings and manage scheduling. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the signing process. Uphold the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Experience in notarizing loan documents, mortgage signings, or related financial documents. Proficient in using video conferencing tools and technology. Familiarity with loan documents and the mortgage industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling legal documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively. Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, reliable Internet connection, and a quiet professional workspace for remote signings. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
