Job Description

THIS IS FULLY REMOTE
6+ Months
W2 Contract Only
Update existing documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and changes to the platform.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Engineering and Product Management, to ensure accuracy and completeness in technical documentation.
Work closely with the other members of the writing team to ensure consistency in detail, style, and presentation.
Write high quality technical content that effectively communicates complex information clearly, concisely, and without jargon
Experience and qualifications
BA degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, a related writing-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 10 years of experience writing technical content.
Excellent English writing skills.
Experience documenting public cloud products, Oracle, and Kubernetes.
Skill using Oxygen XML Author or a similar product to create documentation in DITA.
Ability to manage documentation using Git and GitHub.
Experience working with CLI and Linux-like OS is a plus
