IAM MANAGER

SALARY: $150k - $170k plus 20% bonus

LOCATION: REMOTE

Looking for a hands-on manager who came up technically in IAM. You can be a strategist, architect. You will be a manger of 2-6 people. Most important skills . 1. CyberArk 2. Okta 3. SailPoint. Coming from a manufacturing firm is a plus. You will manage a team and have hire and fire responsibility. Cloud experience, Azure ZeroTrust. 3 years of experience leading and managing a team that you will grow. Must have all three platforms CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow

The IAM Manager will provide strategic direction for the organization’s Identity and Access Management program, safeguarding sensitive manufacturing data, intellectual property, and operational systems. This role involves leading IAM transformation initiatives to support secure and efficient access for employees, contractors, and third parties in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and drive the enterprise IAM strategy, focusing on securing access to manufacturing systems, cloud platforms, and corporate applications.
• Build and execute an IAM roadmap, emphasizing role-based access controls, adaptive access, and alignment with Zero Trust principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a leadership/Management role
• Deep understanding of IAM technologies - CyberArk, Okta and Sailpoint.
• Still can jump in on the technical side
• Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale IAM transformations.
