As a Business Analyst, you will support the loyalty project as well as other initiatives within the team. Your role will involve engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements, presenting findings, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. You will work closely with project managers to create detailed business requirement guides, conduct UAT testing, and document processes using tools like Word and Azure DevOps. You will utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables and have the ability to flush out user stories and create diagrams from user flows. Familiarity with ServiceNow will be essential for managing service requests and incidents. Additionally, your experience in the gaming industry and proficiency in SQL will be highly beneficial. You will be a proactive and adaptable individual, capable of operating independently and driving projects to success.
Compensation:
$34/hr to $40/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
