Job Description

Apex Systems is currently hiring for Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager with a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO.

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Onsite expectation: 3-4 days onsite per week

Pay range: $65-75/hr

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our High-Speed Data Analysis team. The ideal candidate will bring creative solutions to optimize productionalization processes and drive those within the team.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis/Project Management experience
  • Proven experience in supporting data projects (analytics, data engineering, etc.).
  • Experience optimizing, building, and documenting new processes for technical teams
  • SQL Familiarity: Understand basic SQL queries and their documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Experience with data validation issues and working in environments with multiple teams using the same data source.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to work with different stakeholders and internal team members.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to bring innovative solutions to processes and drive them with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Processes: Familiarize with current processes, champion them, and ensure accountability to get work through the finish line.
  • Build and Drive New Processes: Develop and implement new processes within the team.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes and projects.
  • Organize and manage multiple projects with various stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Set roadmap timelines and keep all parties involved and informed.
  • Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements for larger projects and help with roadmap creation.
