Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a fast-growing multi-family office as they add a Tax Operations Associate to their team in Phoenix.

Position Overview:

  • Organize, manage, and maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient retrieval of documents
  • Prepare exhibits and draft tax agreements, collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Generate and issue invoices in a timely manner, proactively following up on outstanding payments
  • Accurately process tax payments, verifying details to maintain financial integrity and compliance with tax obligations
  • Monitor, track, and complete tasks within Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring seamless workflow management
  • Provide support on administrative projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in composing professional business correspondence
  • Capability to multitask and support multiple advisors across tax and family office services
  • Ability to manage quick-turnaround tasks and shifting priorities with critical thinking and appropriate responses
  • Highly organized with effective self-review skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Confidence in collaborating with advisors and clients to execute tasks
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tax-related roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
