Job Title: Survey Project Manager

Location: California office (Tustin, Los Angeles, Ontario)

Responsibilities:

• Grow the construction surveying group in California.
• Manage and deliver high-quality survey projects on time and on budget.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology for project delivery.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Serve as principal-in-charge/project manager.
• Ensure resources are available for project completion.
• Provide leadership and guidance to geomatics staff.
• Adhere to firmwide tools, processes, and policies.
• Write proposals and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Oversee quality control.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and clients.
• Engage in recruiting and retention efforts.
• Mentor and coach field and office staff.

Qualifications:

• BS in Surveying or related field or equivalent experience.
• PLS License in California.
• 10+ years of survey project delivery experience.
• Proven track record with Caltrans on construction projects.
• Experience with California Surveying labor unions is a plus.

• Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 based on experience and location.
