Daily health check of multiple systems (Global and US instances)
Ticket monitoring , WSR / MSR , Customer handling , escalation handling
P1 /P2 ticket handling
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Vault coaching to new team members
People management (Appraisals, leave management, back up planning)
