Dalton is seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Studio/Production Artist to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is integral to our creative operations and will be primarily responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that align with our brand standards and client expectations. Additional responsibilities include preparing files for production, ensuring design consistency across various platforms, and collaborating with designers and account teams to meet project goals.

What you will be doing in the role:

• Collaborate with the creative team to execute design concepts across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media
• Prepare and adapt creative files for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency in layout, typography, and branding elements
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and account teams to maintain project timelines and deliverables
• Perform retouching, color correction, and image manipulation to meet project specifications
• Maintain organization and archiving of design files and assets
• Assist in developing mockups and presentation & materials for client pitches
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance production workflows

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a studio or agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout composition
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital specifications
• Understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them consistently
