We’re looking for an Entry Level Structural Engineer to join our team at our Wichita location (in office). This individual will assist with designing various projects in either of our Architectural Engineering or Industrial/Energy service areas.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and use industry-specific design software (AutoCAD and RISA).
  • Work directly with licensed engineers, project managers, and designers.
  • Gain diverse experience by working on a variety of projects.
  • Complete structural calculations with different design materials including steel, concrete, wood, and CMU.
  • Learn the full design process from start to finish.
  • Assist the project team in meeting client expectations and schedules.
  • Learn and adhere to local standards and codes.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Structural or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • 0-3+ years of relevant experience or internships preferred.
  • Passed or pursuing FE certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and RISA is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong desire to be part of a team-oriented culture.
  • Excellent time management skills.
