Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for a variety of building types, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet client objectives and contribute to the built environment.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop structural designs for new construction and renovation projects, including hospitals, schools, office buildings, and parking structures.
  • Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes.
  • Create detailed construction documents using BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate structural systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of innovative, cost-effective solutions.​

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
  • 3+ years of experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and structural systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with a variety of building materials, including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.​
