Job Description

Our client seeks a Sr. Researcher to generate actionable insights for senior executives, HR professionals, enterprises, and policymakers. This role involves researching critical topics in the work, worker, and workplace landscape, including HR practices, workplace economic impacts, diversity and inclusion, and related government policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead research studies from conception to completion, encompassing objective-setting, hypothesis development, research planning, survey design, data analysis, and creating final deliverables.
  • Leverage industry best practices and a deep understanding of organizational goals to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance the goals of the thought leadership team and its partners.
  • Develop compelling and creative content for print and online platforms, as well as presentations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience :

  • Required : Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, political science, psychology, or a related social science field; or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Preferred : Master’s degree in one of the above fields.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in survey research, project management, and data analysis, including leading projects with junior staff.

Skills & Knowledge :

  • Expertise in statistical software such as SPSS or R, with experience in cross-tabulation, correlations, and regression analysis.
  • Proficiency in survey design platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strong skills in synthesizing data findings into clear, actionable charts and presentations.
  • Effective multitasking abilities with a proven record of meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
