Sr. HR & Payroll Associate - Luxury Goods Manufacturing - On-site in Beverly Hills - $90-110k

Responsibilities

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates for the firm; manage full-cycle recruitment processes
• Process payroll and manage leave requests, vacation requests, etc.
• Ensure that on-boarding processes are in place for any new hires
• Assist the HR Director with implementing company policies and procedures
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Support HR on any additional projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and outgoing attitude
