Job Description

Position: Senior Designer (Full-Time)
Location: Remote (Los Angeles, New York, or Denver)

Overview:

We're seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Designer to join our team and support multiple business units, including Home, Fashion, Flagship, and Beauty, within the Amazon sector. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with an exceptional team of designers, Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Content Managers, and cross-functional team members like Project Managers and Strategists. You'll focus on creating high-quality, social-first designs that elevate brands and engage audiences. Key Responsibilities:

Design static and motion content for social platforms, including TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube
Translate social media trends into creative content ideas
Contribute to larger, campaign-level design concepts
Work within established brand design systems and help evolve them
Create visually compelling decks and support concept development
Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Content & Engagement teams, and other stakeholders to deliver design assets
Oversee asset production with external vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in design, ideally with agency experience
Strong skills in typography, layout, photo editing, and compositing
Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (Premiere or 3D Software is a plus)
A solid understanding of the creative process, particularly in social content creation
Ability to take ideas from concept to execution, working with multiple teams to ensure alignment
A passion for the digital and social space, always staying ahead of trends

Salary & Compensation:

The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications. Additional benefits, including bonuses and incentives, may be available.
