Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other specialists.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and learning.
• Assess student progress and provide appropriate modifications and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (or related field) Master's preferred.
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education in MA.
• A passion for helping students reach their full potential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
