Position Overview:
Stone Creek Club & Spa is seeking a Spa & Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa and retail area, ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth business operations. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and a passion for wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Guest Service & Experience
• Ensure every guest receives outstanding service from check-in to check-out.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist in coordinating personalized treatments for guests.
👥 Staff Management & Training
• Oversee the spa team, including therapists, receptionists, and other spa staff.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling staff.
• Ensure team members are up to date on spa policies, procedures, and treatment offerings.
📊 Operations & Administration
• Manage daily spa operations, including inventory, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Handle booking schedules and spa treatment reservations.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Work at the spa desk 10-20 hours per week to support operations.
• Receive all spa retail products and maintain financial checkbook records.
📢 Marketing & Promotion
• Support promotional efforts for spa services, special offers, and packages.
• Engage with guests for feedback and encourage repeat visits.
• Assist with social media or online content to enhance brand visibility.
✅ Quality Control
• Maintain spa cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure spa services are delivered at a high standard and in alignment with the brand.
🤝 Collaboration
• Work closely with the Spa Manager to achieve operational goals.
• Partner with other club departments to enhance the member experience.
Required:
• Must be available 8 am – 1 pm on Saturdays
• Some nights (around 4x a month)
• Full-time job with full benefits package
