IBM TRIRIGA, Real Estate Lease and Capital Project Modules.
Experience Required
• Good knowledge of Real Estate, Lease administration, accounting standards and BIRT Report development.
• Excellent understanding of the IBM TRIRIGA development platform, including deep technical understanding of common business object attributes, behaviors, state transitions and interdependencies.
• Experience with the IBM TRIRIGA foundation platform application builder tools and the IBM TRIRIGA UX Framework.
• Knowledge in building IBM TRIRIGA system integrations and designing data migrations.
• Experience in working with multi-location teams for Development and Testing phases.
• Broad foundational knowledge of corporate real estate and facilities management functions, including portfolio management, transaction management, lease administration and capital projects.
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Ability to function in a virtual global team environment and contribute to the timely delivery.
• Experience in leading the business requirements discussions and design phases for the implementation of TRIRIGA Lease modules.
• Expertise in Developing process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to self-perform in terms of prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
• Experience in providing leadership status reports, escalate to higher management as needed and Timely completion of milestones.
• Certified IBM TRIRIGA application developer is a must.
• Certified Real Estate Functional Consultant is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements related to real estate, asset management and capital project management.
• Configure TRIRIGA applications, including workflows, forms and business logic.
• Develop and deploy TRIRIGA Data Model changes, security settings, and user roles.
• Manage data migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct quality assurance activities through validation and testing processes.
• Ensure TRIRIGA solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Support post-implementation issues.
• Work with IBM support for issue resolution.
