We’re looking for a freelance Social Media & Content Strategist who can lead with strategy and execute with precision. You will shape our voice across platforms, craft high-performing content, and help drive visibility, engagement, and qualified interest in our work.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage a platform-specific content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
• Plan and publish storytelling posts, carousels, reels, and short-form video content
• Write on-brand, insight-driven copy that reflects both our agency and founder voice
• Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and post interactions
• Support social-led virtual activations and brand moments that build visibility
• Track and report on performance across engagement, reach, and lead generation
• Collaborate with the founder and creative partners to bring strategy to life across channels

You’re a fit if you:

• Have 4 to 6 years of experience in social strategy, copywriting, and content execution
• Are confident leading content planning while also writing, editing, and posting yourself
• Have supported founder-led brands, creative businesses, or marketing agencies
• Are proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Have experience with social-led campaigns or online activations

Must be comfortable using tools like:

• Metricool or Buffer for scheduling
• Canva Pro or Adobe Creative Suite for visuals
• Copy.ai, Jasper, or Notion AI for writing support
• Descript, CapCut, or Opus Clip for short-form video editing

• A consistent, elevated presence across all key channels
• Growth in high-quality followers, newsletter subscribers, and qualified leads
• Content that reflects our brand while standing out in a competitive feed
• A visible and trusted digital presence that supports business growth
