Job Description

This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted.

We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet Specialist/PM to support the implementation and enhancement of a project management template and to fully leverage Smartsheet’s capabilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in configuring Smartsheet to visualize project data through dashboards, timelines, calendars, and to automate workflows. Integration with Power BI and other Microsoft Office applications will also be a key focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess the current project management template and overall design.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project management requirements and goals.

  • Design, configure, and customize Smartsheet solutions to align with business objectives.

  • Implement automation, workflows, and integrations to improve process efficiency.

  • Provide best practices and recommendations to enhance the user experience.

  • Suggest and implement the use of Smartsheet plug-ins (e.g., Data Shuttle) when beneficial.

  • Ensure data integrity, appropriate security settings, and permission controls.

  • Train and support team members on Smartsheet features and functionality.

  • Document the implemented solutions and provide knowledge transfer for ongoing maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Smartsheet-related issues, including integrations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in Smartsheet development, automation, and solution optimization.

  • Strong knowledge of Smartsheet formulas, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.

  • Proficient in configuring workflows, data linking, and permission management.

  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective Smartsheet configurations.

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with other project management platforms or tools is a plus.
