Simulator Trainer

The Simulator Trainer will be responsible for overseeing the simulator's day-to-day operations. You will work as an educator and administrator to potential and new hires, providing oversight and guidance on the simulator.

Specifics of the Role .

• Communicate effectively with people who are training on the simulator. Bilingual required.
• Mentor and develop operators on the simulator.
• Manage employees training records.

Required

• Ability to be in office in Austell full-time daily - hours may differ depending on training.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred in construction management, civil engineering, or education.
• 5-10 years of experience in an educative type role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology
• Ability to lift objects of at least 50 pounds and occasionally 100 lbs.

Items to know

• The simulator is in our Austell, Georgia office, but some travel will be required.
• Plateau does not micro-manage, and you will be expected to manage your role independently. The Plateau team is always ready to support you and each other with decision-making, knowledge questions, etc., when you need or would like input
