Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sign Installer to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Sign Installer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life by installing a variety of signage solutions. Whether you're working on storefronts, billboards, or custom signs, your expertise will help enhance visibility and brand identity for businesses across the region.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain various types of signs, including channel letters, banners, and illuminated signs.
Previous Sign industry experience is a plus - but not required.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively during installation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct site surveys to assess installation locations and requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing signage as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in sign installation is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring is preferred.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

*** Must be able to pass a drug screen, and have a valid drivers' license, as well as reliable transportation.

Typical working hours are Monday - Friday from 7 AM - 4 PM, however there are opportunities and needs for later hours and occassionally some weekend work - overtime is regularly available.
