As a Showroom Sales Consultant you will play a key role in establishing our position within our local market. A summary of duties would be the following:

• Provide outstanding customer service and foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere
• Generate quotes and sales orders with a high level of detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency
• Assist in developing and growing our customer base
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Provide exceptional communication and follow up with our external and internal customers
• Participate in product training and staff meetings
• Promote the showrooms programs and promotions

Education & Experience Requirement

• Exceptional people skills, positive attitude, energetic, warm, friendly, and personable
• Be a team player, works well with others
• Sales and customer service experience
• Lighting product knowledge is a must
• Excel in a fast pace environment
• Self-motivated and personal drive to achieve success
• Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers have a great experience and help where needed
• Willingness to learn & know lighting and plumbing products
• Good listening skills- able to problem solve and find solutions
• Work hard & efficiently
• Bachelors in Business, Sales and Marketing, or Retail Management a plus
