Position: ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Remote (Preference for local candidates, as occasional travel to Cleveland will be required)
Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months with potential for full-time conversion)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and driven ServiceNow Administrator to join our team! This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional on-site meetings in Cleveland. You'll be instrumental in configuring and maintaining our ServiceNow platform, supporting IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Asset Management.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a ServiceNow expert with a minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience who's eager to grow their skills and even advance into a team lead position.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain various aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
Support ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management operations.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Engage in training opportunities to enhance your ServiceNow expertise and broaden your technical skill set.
Required Qualifications
ServiceNow Admin Certification (required)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
Work Authorization: GC or USC only
