**Waitstaff Responsibilities:**

• Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Monitor tables and anticipate Members and Guests’ needs.
• Ensure all dining areas are clean and properly set.
• Process transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to provide seamless service.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or club setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
