EXTERNAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer (Contractor) to join the OTE design team and support executive
presentations, branding initiatives, and design templates for a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role requires
expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong ability to collaborate within a UX
and visual design team. The ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous work environment, communicates design decisions effectively, and is comfortable presenting to high-level executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design high-impact executive presentations that align with branding and storytelling goals.
Create polished branding assets, templates, and visual design frameworks for internal and external use.
Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and high-quality design
output.
Present design work to senior executives and incorporate feedback with agility.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain brand integrity across all visual deliverables.
(Preferred) Develop motion graphics to enhance presentations and digital assets.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field).
5+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing executive presentations,
branding, and template design.
Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and branding.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present work clearly and articulate design rationale.
Experience working with senior executives and stakeholders, incorporating feedback efficiently.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred-Motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar).
Preferred- Experience designing for large media and entertainment companies.
Required Education Bachelors, or equivalent education
