We have been meeting customers wherever they are in the digital lifecycle and helping them outperform their competition through speed and innovation. We enable #HumanFirstDIGITAL

Skills Required:

Craft beautiful and usable designs for digital products by applying your domain expertise, deep research findings, and collaborating with peers across the product organization. Conduct user research and experiments from planning to synthesis. Play an active role in advocating for a Human-Centered Design process and creating a collaborative environment. Engage and inspire the product organization about our customers' experiences through powerful story-telling of the human-centered design process, research insights, and customer journeys. Lead as a ‘player/coach' – owning UX design and mentoring less experienced designers.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrable experience in UX design and research in all phases across a variety of projects and mediums. Deep expertise in Interaction & Visual Design, Information Architecture, UX Writing, and UX Research. Advanced knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other design and prototyping software. Visualize and test concepts at varying levels of fidelity – napkin sketches, sacrificial concepts, wireframes, interactive & functional prototypes, development-ready assets. Experience synthesizing research findings into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and design solutions.

Experience Required:

4+ years of experience as a UX/Interaction/Product Designer working across a breadth of digital media. 2+ years of experience leading the human-centered design process with highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.

Experience Preferred:

Familiarity with code and closely working with development teams

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in user experience, human-computer interaction, interaction design, service design, graphic design, or digital design-related degree.

Our Perks and Benefits:

Our benefits and rewards program has been thoughtfully designed to recognize your skills and contributions, elevate your learning/upskilling experience and provide care and support for you and your loved ones. As an Apexon Associate, you get continuous skill-based development, opportunities for career advancement, and access to comprehensive health and well-being benefits and assistance.
