What You’ll Do:

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts across a variety of industries
• Review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts
• Manage and execute tax projects with a strong focus on timeliness and quality
• Conduct intermediate-level tax research and present findings clearly and concisely
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell services
• Participate in client billing processes and manage engagements as needed
• Mentor and coach junior staff, contributing to their professional development

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting (required)
• CPA licensed or actively pursuing CPA certification
• Experience in public accounting and tax preparation preferred
• Prior experience managing and mentoring team members
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CCH Axcess and QuickBooks a plus
