Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Release Management SME to design, implement, and optimise release management processes across agile and waterfall environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Release Management and proven ability to drive end-to-end release governance, automation, and delivery excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in the ServiceNow Release Management module (mandatory).
Experience supporting both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with ITIL 4 practices and enterprise release governance.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
