Senior Landman (onsite)

Walker Elliott is working with established upstream oil and gas company with assets in Texas onshore is seeking a Senior Landman to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the acquisitions process, including preparation, due diligence, and execution.
• Negotiate and finalize business agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure optimal outcomes for transactions.
• Provide expertise in Texas onshore operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Professional Landman (CPL) certification preferred.
• Proven experience in acquisitions and negotiations within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of Texas onshore assets and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
