Summary

Be a part of our rapidly growing Global Security Operations team! We are currently seeking to enhance our existing team through the addition of a Senior Executive Protection Agent to provide close protection services for the CEO and other Key Executives of as part of Atom's Global Security Operations (GSO) team.

The Senior Executive Protection Specialist will adhere to executive protection protocol while executing the full suite of executive protection assignments as deemed necessary in accordance with the state regulations and protocols.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely execute duties as an executive driver in a timely manner inclusive of driving the CEO to desired destinations.
  • Execute basic security functions, i.e., perimeter and access control, identification procedures, command post operations, patrolling, secure assets/property and post standing duties.
  • Execute proactive measures to ensure the safety of the CEO, i.e., counter-surveillance.
  • Detect and confront unauthorized persons and violators of security procedures.
  • Identify and investigate suspicious behavior, threats and irregular activity.
  • Provide personal security for public and private events.
  • Monitor and control entrance and departure of employees and visitors according to prescribed protocol.
  • Participate in the planning of company events to ensure a safe and secure venue for CEO.
  • Coordinate movements and logistics to support the CEO’s itinerary.
  • Liaise with the executive support staff to address and mitigate security concerns.
  • Coordinate with third-party protective details as necessary.
  • Provide a visible presence that enforces safety and security.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Meet physical requirements.
  • Demonstrate ability to anticipate, identify and solve problems.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, flexible and adaptability, and decision-making skills.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • No disqualifying criminal history – must pass background check.
  • Minimum 5 years Executive Protection experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in physical security and protective services.
  • Current and valid driving license plus a safe driving record.
  • State registration/license.
  • Experience providing protection for private, high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent physical condition along with possession of integrity and moral fitness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED.
  • Knowledge of state laws and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
  • Working knowledge of enforcement policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of safety equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree.
