About the Role:

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Content Writer with a strong ability to craft clear, concise, and action-oriented digital copy. The ideal candidate excels in developing engaging content tailored for various digital platforms, with a solid understanding of SEO best practices to enhance visibility and user engagement. Proficiency in working within a Content Management System (CMS) is essential, along with the ability to navigate the specific nuances of financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department copywriters, designers, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop engaging campaign content.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to understand campaign goals and product benefits, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
• Manage and publish content within a CMS, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and functionality.
• Utilize project management tools to track tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy while proofreading and editing for grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in developing creative copy for digital and print materials.
• Prior experience in financial content writing is required.
• SEO knowledge and experience are required.
• Leadership or project management experience within a creative team or agency is a plus.

Location: Hybrid - Sacramento, CA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is $61,000 - $75,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
