Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to join our financial operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Payable & Receivable and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including Accounts Payable.
• Inter-company reconciliations and expense allocation
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain and update QuickBooks Online for accurate financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience working for an entrepreneur or in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
