Job Description

SAP Business Analyst

Scope:

The SAP Business Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing the use of SAP systems to meet business needs. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP architecture and customization capabilities, as well as the ability to coordinate SAP-related activities across departments. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that SAP solutions effectively capture and fulfill business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP enhancements.

  • Coordinate all SAP activities, including system configuration, testing, and deployment, to ensure successful project execution.

  • Conduct self-testing of SAP solutions to validate that they meet specified business requirements and performance standards.

  • Provide expertise in SAP architecture and customizations to design solutions that align with business processes.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate users on SAP functionalities and best practices.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP trends, technologies, and updates to inform decision-making and strategy.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirement specifications, process flows, and testing scripts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP-related inquiries and issues, providing support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with SAP.

  • Proven experience in capturing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for SAP solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, modules, and customization options.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with SAP testing methodologies and tools.

  • Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
