We’re currently hiring a Sales Trainee who’s eager to learn the ropes of face-to-face sales and build a long-term career in leadership and territory management. What You’ll Do as a Sales Trainee:

• Develop direct, face-to-face relationships with customers, educating them on our clients’ latest products and services.
• Learn the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and work toward mastering it.
• Assist in executing in-store promotions and presentations in top national retailers.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly sales goals.
• Take part in leadership and sales training designed to help you grow into management roles.
• Gain exposure to territory management, team development, and client relationship building.

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter who’s motivated to hit goals and grow quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A student mentality with a strong desire to learn and improve.
• Confidence, resilience, and a team-oriented mindset.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (not required, but helpful).
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred, but not mandatory.
