We are seeking a Sales Support Associate (Work-From-Home) who will be responsible for explaining to clients the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and associations. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients virtually via Zoom and phone

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Present benefit programs clearly and professionally

• Accurately complete and maintain required documentation

• Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Valid Life & Health Insurance License/Certification (preferred)

• Strong English communication skills

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience

• Prior customer service, tutoring, or client support experience is an asset
• Strong verbal communication skills with patience and empathy
• Proficiency in using Zoom and digital tools for communication
• Comfortable speaking over the phone
