Ellie Belle is a luxury boutique offering high-end designer fashion, beauty, and skincare products. Our boutique provides a VIP, appointment-based shopping experience, ensuring personalized service for our clients. We are seeking Client Advisors who are passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
As a Sales Associate at Ellie Belle, you will be a trusted fashion expert who builds lasting relationships with clients, offers personalized styling advice, and ensures every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious shopping experience. You will embody the Ellie Belle brand, guiding clients through our curated collections while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Client Experience & Relationship Building
• Provide a white-glove shopping experience, ensuring every client feels valued and pampered.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, fostering brand loyalty.
• Offer personalized styling advice based on client preferences and trends.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow up with clients post-visit.
✔ Luxury Sales & Styling
• Curate and recommend designer fashion, beauty, and skincare selections tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on current trends, luxury brands, and Ellie Belle’s latest arrivals.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining the boutique’s exclusive image.
• Assist clients with fitting sessions, alterations, and product customizations.
✔ Boutique Operations & Brand Representation
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring a polished store presentation.
• Process transactions, orders, and special requests efficiently.
• Participate in VIP shopping events, trunk shows, and brand activations.
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
